Days 563 & 564

Woke up to this furry friend this morning.

And I saw these crazy things at the grocery store! Would you eat one?

Day 560

Today after Josh and I came home from running a couple errands, there was a kitten meowing, I think it was the same cat as the other day.

So I meowed back and it jumped off the wall and ran right over. It needed some love, and we gave it some food too... then it sat outside our door sleeping and meowing... Mr stared at the door all night

 then it left, never to be seen again...

until I was driving by a neighbors house a couple days later and it was over there... and all of the kids were playing with it... maybe it was their cat all along and got lost?

Day 559

I got home from the gym...

And someone still hasn't gotten out of bed

Days 557 and 558

More uneventfulness

But Mr has been staring at me like this for an hour... What! I'm just relaxing for a few minutes after the gym! (ok, ,maybe more than a few)

Days 552 and 553

Thankfully no termites again, 

But they are coming over to spray for them and put some stuff in the walls to prevent them from coming back. So I was cleaning and organizing the house, and I always put the comforter on when people are coming over (No, Mom, I do not make my bed completely every day... Sorry to disappoint you)

So When I got the comforter out , I saw this! Mr must have been on here while we were away :( Bad cat

after talking to my sister about it, she gave me an idea of how to fix it and I did

it doesn't look perfect, but it looks much better than a string hanging out!

Day 542

Mr has discovered a new sleeping place, he is using the treadmill than its intended user

Although Josh said when he was running on it the other day Mr tried to hop on while he was running on it! Not good!

Days 540 and 541

I have been sewing up a storm trying to make good progress on my quilt before heading home. And Mr has been keeping me company. But mostly he has been napping on my quilt pieces...

Days 537 and 538

Yesterday Josh and I hung out and relaxed, now Mr is doing the same today while I attach  the binding to the King quilt.

Days 534 - 536

I have been waking up to this furry face for a while now, but finally Josh will be coming home.

And I am finally getting my butt in gear and making the binding for my client quilt

Binding for a king sized quilt is super long!

Days 532 and 533

Josh is still out of town, but Mr and I have been doing chores

He is so helpful

 

Days 529 - 531

Josh is out of town for work, and Mr and I have just been hanging out...

 

Day 528

Mr has been following me around all day

And I sewed my first square together

Then it started to storm, and Mr needed a place to hide, I made him a quilt fort!

Days 523 - 526

We have been getting back into the groove, and doing chores, but Mr has a new bad habit...

Sleeping anywhere I am

And I've been craving candy, and we have a random bag of Mexican candy so I thought I would try something

This is a candy bar with marshmallow with jam on top and dipped in chocolate

Day 522

I think we are all done packing... I think, we leave early in the morning. Mr must know something is up, he is keeping an eye on everything.

Day 513

We spent most of the day I'm the sewing room.

Days 506 - 509

Not much has been going on here

Mr has been napping

I cut all of my background color.

And Josh and I tried out a brewery, it had some decent food and a great atmosphere

Mr climbed a tree today!

Day 499

I woke up in the middle of the night to this

Isn't he so adorable? Sharing my pillow,

But later that day I found him breaking into the cupboard by the door

He then went inside And the door latched and he couldn't get himself back out, good thing I was home.

My friend brought me something from China, to replace the braclet I broke... It's different than the one I got when I was in China, but I like it.

And I was so inspired that I got back to quilting my client quilt!

Day 493

So one of my friends is back from China after adopting two little girls, and I wanted to make them doll quilts. So I better get back on that!

And Mr attempted the tree again.

Day 488

Today Mr finally, after days of staring at the tree, climbed it!

However, he was unsure how to handle the crook...

Later he and this bird were having quite the time.

It kept swooping down at him, and landing a few feet away, taunting him. 

Josh and I got a desk and assembled it!
