Raw

If you know me, I like everything very well done...

But then Josh and I went to a Japanese restraunt the other day...

And we ordered this 

Sushi.

For the first time in my life I ate sushi, it had caviar on top and raw crab.

Then we ordered skewers, one tuna and one chicken... The tuna ones were only seared,but really good, and of course the chicken was well done.

I was probably will not eat a ton of sushi in the future but it's not out of the question.
